Sub-processors
Every company we rely on to run Concierca, what it does, and where it holds data. We publish this because a vendor you cannot name is a vendor you cannot assess.
What counts here, and what does not
A sub-processor is a company we engage to process customer data on our behalf. The list below is complete.
The applications you connect to Concierca are not on this list, and they are not our sub-processors. When you connect your own CRM, inbox or shop, you do so with your own credentials, under your own agreement with that provider. We pass your instruction through. We do not become a party to your relationship with them. That is why this page lists one connectivity provider rather than the fourteen hundred applications reachable through it.
Where your data lives
Customer data is held in Switzerland, in the Zurich region of our database provider. That is the default, and it does not change based on where you are located.
Our own industry datasets, meaning the market data we collect ourselves and make queryable inside a vertical, are held separately from customer data and are not covered by that statement.

Model providers and your content
The model providers above process the content you send to an agent in order to return a result. None of them train on your data. That is not a policy of ours that we hope they honour, it is the arrangement under which we use them, and it holds for every model we route to.
We do not send the content of your work to any analytics or tracing service. What an agent read and wrote stays in your workspace and in the log we keep for you.
Changes to this list
We announce new sub-processors here at least thirty days before they start processing customer data. If you have a data processing agreement with us and you object to a new sub-processor within those thirty days, you may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty.
